1. Busan JRyn Dermatology (재린의원)
One-word recommendation: If you want a doctor who is attentive, doesn’t push unnecessary treatments, and has reliable skills, choose this clinic.
This is my personal favorite. It’s located near Haeundae, and the interior isn’t over-the-top or flashy but rather clean, comfortable, and feels like a private clinic.
I had a Thermage FLX treatment there once. The doctor is a woman, which I found really beneficial because it made communication much smoother. She understood what women care about and what they’re afraid of. During the consultation, she didn’t rush me into getting more sessions or additional treatments; instead, she honestly told me, “For your situation, 900 sessions will be enough; you don’t need more.”
At that moment, I thought to myself: “Oh my God, clinics in Seoul always recommend 1,200 sessions!”
Three months later, the results were incredible! My cheeks became fuller, and my jawline became more defined. The pain during the treatment was much less than I expected, and the doctor was very gentle, constantly asking me, “Are you okay? Do you need to take a break?”

One-word recommendation: If you want state-of-the-art equipment, large-scale facilities, and a quality similar to that of clinics in Seoul’s Gangnam district but at a much lower price, choose this one.
This clinic is located in the western part of Busan, and the transportation is extremely convenient. If you’re nervous about going to small clinics and prefer the “large-chain feel,” with the latest equipment and a luxurious environment but at a price that’s not as exorbitant as in Gangnam, then this place is perfect for you.
Theperst is really quite large. I was a bit surprised when I visited because their facilities are on par with those of the expensive clinics in Seoul’s Gangnam district. I have a friend who gets American ultrasonic facials here, and she says the results are very satisfactory, and the price is almost 40% cheaper than what she found in Seoul.
However, I have to be honest: This clinic is extremely busy, especially on weekends, so the wait times can be quite long. It’s recommended to go on weekdays and make an appointment in advance to avoid waiting.

One-word recommendation: If you prefer an American-style approach, young doctors, and clear communication, choose this clinic.
This clinic is located near Napudong and is quite modern. The director has received training in the United States, so there is no problem communicating in English. The atmosphere of the clinic is youthful and lively, unlike the more formal traditional dermatology clinics.
I have gotten Botox here for my shoulders and calves, and the prices are really reasonable. The doctor is very skilled, so it hardly hurts at all, and there’s no stiffness afterward. I later recommended this place to a friend for her forehead wrinkles, and she was also very impressed.
If you’re looking for a clinic where you can communicate easily, without any pressure, and where the prices are good, this one is definitely worth considering.

One-word recommendation: If you want affordable basic skincare services without seeking top-tier brands, choose this clinic.
This is my junior’s favorite clinic. She describes it as “a local dermatology clinic in Busan” – the kind where you don’t need to wait long for appointments, the prices are reasonable, and the quality of service is solid.
Mimi Dermatology is better suited for routine treatments like basic laser therapy, acne treatment, and whitening treatments. If you’re considering more advanced procedures like Thermage or ultrasound, I would recommend the other clinics mentioned earlier. But if you just need regular laser treatments, moisturization, or to deal with minor acne, this clinic offers great value for money.

One-word recommendation: If you want anti-aging, lifting, and a V-shaped face at a budget-friendly price, choose this place.
This clinic is located in Haeundae and specializes in anti-aging and lifting treatments. If your goal is clear—to get a tighter face, defined jawlines, and reduced sagging around the mouth—then this clinic is worth considering.
The director of this dermatology clinic has extensive experience in contour lifting treatments. Whether it’s ultrasound, thread lifting, or various combined lifting procedures, they are very skilled. I consulted with them once, and the director carefully analyzed my facial features before giving me a comprehensive suggestion rather than just recommending one specific treatment.
Moreover, their prices are quite affordable compared to other similar clinics. For the same thread lifting treatment, the cost here might be more than 30% lower than in Seoul.

6. Busan Floria Dermatology Clinic
One-word recommendation: If you want luxury-level service, the opportunity to enjoy afternoon tea after the treatment, and a truly relaxing experience, choose this place.
This clinic is considered one of the more “luxurious” options on the list. It’s located near Haeundae Beach, and the interior is designed like a high-end spa. If you’re looking for not only effective cosmetic treatments but also a truly enjoyable and relaxing experience, then this clinic is perfect for you.
Floria focuses on comprehensive beauty treatments. In addition to cosmetic procedures, they also offer advanced skin care programs. I had a deep moisturizing treatment there, and the results in terms of skin clarity were truly remarkable.
The prices are certainly a bit higher than those of the previous places, but they are still much cheaper compared to Gangnam in Seoul. Moreover, after your treatment, you can simply walk down to Haeundae Beach for a stroll or grab a coffee at a nearby café – making it the perfect “mini-beauty trip”.

My honest opinion:
If you ask me which one I like the most, I would say JRyn because the director is really attentive, the results are great, and it doesn’t feel stressful at all.
But if your budget is a bit tighter and you just want basic treatments, Mimi or Genius are both great options.
If you want to enjoy the feeling of being on vacation and have some cosmetic procedures while enjoying Haeundae, Flora or Bens will make you very happy.
